In the time when the taste of your breakfast corn is always being improved by bio-technology and the PC from which you obtain the lastest news never stop upgrading, how terrible if you remain the same as yesterday! As individuals are part of the fast-changing society. We should keep on developing. Education is always ready to offer a helping hand.
Education is a lifelong process. It's both the requirement of society and ourselves.
My aunt used to be a promising graduate from the computer department of an eminent university. At that time, many companies offered her a possition. At last, she chose a five-star hotel as a front hall waitress because of the tempt of high salary and comfortable job. She enjoy her life until several years later she found herself ignorant about modern computer and realised her good-looking face would fade soon. Her classmates led a hard life in the computer field but barely worried about the future because they kept on learning new progress of computer. My aunt regretted a good deal. But society ruthlessly abandons those who don't value lasting education.
In addition, education is a way to develop our character and reach self-satisfaction, the activities that last a life time.
Sometimes I browse at popular magazines such as Family and Golden Times. In them many articles are about housewives who complain their life bitterly. They devote so much but their husbands and children think they are boring and out of date. In such cases, experts always give suggestion that they try be refresh by education. Housewives who read newspaper and literature, learn kniting or gardening, or even try computer, easily win the hearts of husband and children, for they are self-confident, attractive modern women.
The magic of education goes beyond most people's expectation. It's a lifelong career and a life-long guarantee for colourful and enjoyable life.
