The desire for good health is universal. This desire is so great because being in good health increases the quality of one's life in many ways. The body functions better and allows an individual to experience more from life, such as fewer sick days and better enjoyment of activities. Also good health provides a person with self-confidence, making them more successful and effective at many things.
There are endless ways in which to keep fit. The two most important ingredients are exercise and a healthy diet. One should aim to exercise about thirty minutes most days of the week, this could be done by playing sports, walking, or even gardening. A diet rich in fruits and vegetables is also a must in the quest for better health.
I stay fit by trying to eat healthy the majority of the lime. I also jog or walk several times each week and lift weights several times each week. Attaining good health is not easy, it requires knowing that you will not do everything perfectly all of the time. The key is to keep striving for good health even when it is difficult.
