Some people prefer to stay with the same job they have for many years. They prefer the idea of stability and comfort. Other people like to change their jobs frequently looking for something different or adventurous. The people who change jobs sometimes become bored or find the job monotonous. This leads them to find another job whenever they feel the need. I believe it is better to stay stable and work in the same environment for a long period of time. Once at a place you enjoy you can establish yourself and establish good relations with fellow workers. Making relations with other staff members and establishing yourself can take a good deal of time. I think it is better to work on these relations to improve your productivity as well as the whole staff's productivity. It is also much easier to focus on the job at hand instead of focusing on adjusting to a new environment every time you find a new job. This is why I believe working at the same place for a long period of time is more gratifying than changing jobs often or job-hopping.
