You are invited to participate in a Call for Papers for the 2nd International Conference on Spoken Chinese Corpora: From Theory to Pedagogical Applications hosted by Rice University (Houston, TX).  The event will take place on August 10-11, 2016 and the goal of the conference will be to critically evaluate the potential of current databases and research on Chinese spoken corpora for the development of second language pedagogical applications. This year’s conference places special emphasis on the development of
